01 - 4 slices sourdough bread
02 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
03 - 2 tablespoons apple butter

04 - 4 ounces Brie cheese, rind trimmed and sliced

05 - 1 small apple, thinly sliced (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
06 - 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
# Steps to Follow:
01 - Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium setting.
02 - Spread a thin layer of softened butter on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
03 - On the unbuttered sides of two bread slices, evenly distribute 1 tablespoon apple butter each.
