# Steps to Follow:
01 - Whisk sweet rice flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, combine milk, egg, and melted butter. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth, sticky dough forms.
