04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil or unsalted butter
05 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
06 - 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
07 - 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
08 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend
# Steps to Follow:
01 - Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and allow to preheat fully.
02 - Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and golden, about 1 minute.
03 - Pour in heavy cream and incorporate Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring continuously. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
04 - Pat chicken dry, then season both sides generously with salt and black pepper. Arrange chicken pieces in a single layer in a baking dish.
05 - Evenly pour the garlic-Parmesan sauce over the chicken. Transfer to oven and bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes until chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbling.
