# Steps to Follow:
01 - In a mixing bowl, combine corn kernels, all-purpose flour, cornmeal, egg, whole milk, salt, and black pepper until a thick batter forms.
02 - Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drop spoonfuls of batter into hot oil and flatten slightly. Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
03 - In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, minced jalapeño, and lime juice until smooth.
